What is Pilates?

Pilates is an exercise method that was designed by the late Joseph H. Pilates for the purpose of creating a well balanced body that is flexible, yet strong. Pilates is for all ages and fitness levels when taught correctly. Pilates combines rehabilitation with with exercise, making it excellent for everyone. The Pilates Coach/TPC is unique in that we teach fitness for every body utilizing many different pieces of equipment. Traditional Pilates can be contraindicated for certain individuals.
